Paynesville - Anniversary trip part 2

From Paynesville, we travelled up toward Omeo - Mt. Hotham. There was a blizzard.

Mount Hotham is a mountain in Victoria, Australia. It is home to Hotham Alpine Resort. The mountain is located approximately 357 kilometres (222 mi) north east of Melbourne, 746 kilometres (464 mi) from Sydney, and 997 kilometres (620 mi) from Adelaide by road. Mt Hotham's summit rises to an altitude of 1,861 metres (6,106 ft) above sea level. Hotham village stands at a height of 1,750 metres (5,740 ft) AHD, making it the second highest resort village in Australia after Charlotte Pass Village.

Stopped by the road to play snow and build a snowman!

Playing at Diner Plain playground

Travelling towards Mt. Hot-Ham (andrew!) ... the whole road and mountain were covered with snow.

We stayed at a lovely caravan park in Bright, and had warm charcoal chicken for dinner. Nice !
