Queensland trip part 6 - Dubbo to Melbourne

Our last leg of the journey from Dubbo to Melbourne. We started really late and enjoyed the trip home. Overall our trip was 3700km !

Queensland trip part 5 - Gold Coast to Dubbo

On our return trip we stayed overnight again at Dubbo. We had to look for dry roads as there were flodding everywhere so we took the inland route.

Stopped at little shops along the route and had a lunch break in Moree

The next day we went to Sea World

Very impressive underground Aquarium!

We then took Eyang to go shopping at Surfers Paradise Mall.

Queensland trip part 3 - Wet n' Wild !

It was Queenslan'd start to the big drench, and we went to Wild n' Wet on the 1st day. Even the carpark was flooded and the park was closed the next day!

Took some of the thrill ride with Andrew like the "Tornado" and "Black hole". Also "Mach5"

Queensland trip part 2 - Dubbo to Gold Coast

 After staying overnight in Dubbo we started driving early at 6am to Gold Coast.

Plenty of rest anywhere we could !

We stopped at Moree

Arriving in Ocean Beach caravan park quite late, at about 8pm! We went to the beach which was quite heavy with waves.

Queensland trip part 1 - Melbourne to Dubbo

This was a start of a very big trip (3500+ km) from Melbourne to Gold Coast in Queensland !

We divided the trip by staying in Dubbo overnight.

Left really early on a beautiful windless day. The baloons were up. Then had a brunch near Seymour.

Amazingly quiet road. At times we were alone !

We often stop every 100km. Very curious composting toilets in the "outback"

We stayed at Big4 caravan park in Dubbo. It had a swimming pool and Ariel Andrew immediately jumped in it!
