This event operates Sunday from 9:30pm to 9:45pm, Monday from 9:30am to 9:45pm, Saturday from 9:30pm to 9:45pm.

The famous Moomba fireshow brings the Yarra alight with colour and sound. Each night at 9.30pm, see fire dancers and pyrotechnic displays all along the banks of the Yarra. Bring a blanket and sit back to enjoy the show! In 2007, the Moomba Fireshow will perform Saturday, Sunday and Monday night.

Chinese New Year Festival

At Chinese New Year, the streets of Chinatown bustle and restaurants overflow. Witness the excitement of lion dances, beating drums, a karaoke singing competition and fire crackers. On Sunday at noon, join the waking of the dragon Dai Loong, and then follow the dragon parade, beginning at the Chinese Museum. The Festival kicks off at 2pm on Saturday until midnight, and continues on Sunday from 10am - 6pm. This event is part of the City of Melbourne’s Dragon Trails celebration of Chinese culture in Melbourne.

Ariel & andrew lahirnya disini dan pusar-nya juga ditanam
di halaman rumah. Tempatnya asri sekali karena di samping
sawah persis. Cuma kalau hujan sering banjir !

Pemandangannya di belakang gunung Arjuna yang kelihatan
sangat besar.

Kalau bangun pagi-pagi sekali pemandangan depannya
seperti ini... sangat indah.

~ Araya, Malang ~

Dulu waktu di Malang beli tanah di Araya, tapi ndak jadi
dibangun rumahnya karena pindah ke Australia. Tempatnya bagus
sekali dekat jembatan dan kolam renang

update: Th. 2010 tanah ini sudah dibangun menjadi rumah.

~ Argo Kencono, Karang Lo ~

Waktu pindah ke Malang sempat beli rumah di sini namun
dibatalkan karena jauh dan Ibu hamil Ariel. Akhirnya sewa
dulu di Persada Bhayangkara Singosari. Tapi Ariel sempat
berenang-renang di kolam air panasnya !

Rumah Eyang Ito/Itoi dan ibu waktu masih kecil di Salatiga, belakang
gereja GKJ. Halamannya luas sekali ! Kalau Eyang Ito
mau khotbah tinggal jalan sebentar...

Ini rumahnya Eyang Kuka dan Eyang Kupu dan bapak waktu kecil.
Dulu waktu pertama kali tinggal disini tahun 1980-an belum ada listrik,
sekarang ramai sekali.

Pemandangannya kalau sore indah sekali karena menghadap
matahari terbenam di belakang gunung Merbabu.
