Gruyeres is a famous Cheese-making region of Switzerland.
We arrived a bit late and the cheese making demonstration had ended. But there were plenty of exhibitions.
The tour uses recorded handsets and took us through the exhibitions and also overlooking the cheese-making floor.
Dad and Ariel enjoying the samples. We were given 3, 6, and 12 months old cheese. They were all yummy but different. Then we bought two cuts of Gruyeres cheese to take home.
